You need no card. For 14 days you, and everyone you invite, have everything in Team. Four days before it ends we email you: keep it, or take 14 more days, once.
Keep it, and you pick Personal for one person or Team for more, and add your card. If you don't, your team becomes read-only for 3 months: you can open and take out everything, but not change it. Then the team and what HTO Labs keeps for it are deleted; we email you before that. Files on your computer, or in your own OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox, stay there and stay yours: only what HTO Labs does with them stops. Files kept in HTO Labs' cloud are deleted with the team, so take out what you need first.
Yes. HTO Labs works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok, on your own plan with them. HTO Labs helps you connect it, and your AI provider bills you, not us.
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Then your team is read-only for 3 months, as after a trial, and is deleted after that. Files in your own OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox stay there.
Owners and members do. Guests, such as clients you invite into a workspace or a Workroom, are free. You pay for a new member from the day they accept, and only for the time left in your month or year.
Where you choose: on your computer, or in your own OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox. Soon also in HTO Labs' cloud, stored in the EU and encrypted.
Yes. Invite someone and Personal becomes Team. Switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like. A team that grows past 30 people moves to Enterprise.
