HTO Labs is a software subscription from HTO & Beyond ApS. Personal and Team plans are paid through Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company), the merchant of record for our paid plans. Link charges your payment method, sends your receipts and invoices, and handles VAT and payment support. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by HTO Labs.
Free trial
Every team starts with a 14-day free trial of everything in Team. No payment method is needed, and nothing is charged during the trial. Four days before it ends we remind you by email; you can make the trial 14 days longer once. To keep HTO Labs, choose Personal or Team and add a payment method. If you do this during the trial, the first payment is on the trial's last day; otherwise it is when you add it. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
If the trial ends and you have not kept HTO Labs, nothing is charged. Your team becomes read-only for 3 months: you can open and export everything, but not change it. After that, the team is deleted with what HTO Labs keeps for it: its workspaces, pages, messages and what is in HTO Labs' cloud. We email the team's owners when it becomes read-only, and 30, 7 and 1 days before it is deleted. Your account stays.
Where your files are decides what you keep. Files on your own computer, or in your own OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox, stay there and stay yours: only what HTO Labs does with them stops. Files kept in HTO Labs' cloud are deleted with the team, so take out what you need while the team is read-only.
Cancelling
Cancel in HTO Labs under Settings → Plan and billing, or in your Link account at link.com. After a paid period begins, cancellation takes effect at that period's end. Then the team is read-only for 3 months, as after a trial, and is deleted after that. Cancellation alone does not create a refund.
Refunds
Ask us at info@htobeyond.com, or ask Link through the support link in your receipt or at support.link.com. Link reviews requests under its refund policy and applicable law, and may refund a purchase within 60 days of it. Where Link's policy is more generous than ours, Link's policy applies. A refund includes any VAT you paid.
You keep your statutory rights, including any applicable right to withdraw after a free trial ends.
