These terms govern your use of HTO Labs: the website at htolabs.com, the HTO Labs web app and the HTO Labs desktop app. HTO Labs is provided by HTO & Beyond ApS, CVR DK46108043, Ålekistevej 184, 2720 Vanløse, Denmark (“we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using HTO Labs, you agree to these terms. If you use HTO Labs for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that organisation. If your organisation has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.

1. The service

HTO Labs is a workspace where teams keep their pages, workrooms, conversations and tasks, and work with AI agents. Parts of HTO Labs are in preview. We improve it continually, so features may be added, changed or removed.

2. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us at once at info@htobeyond.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. A team's owners decide who belongs to the team and what each member can see and change.

3. Your content

You and your team keep all rights to what you put into HTO Labs. You give us permission to store, process, copy and display that content only as needed to provide HTO Labs to you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you add and the sources you connect. We do not look at your content except as our Privacy Policy describes, and we do not use it to train AI models.

4. AI agents

AI agents can make mistakes. Review what an agent produces before you rely on it, and do not use it as the only basis for decisions with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences.

Agents you run in the desktop app, such as Codex, Claude, Gemini or Grok, use your own accounts with those providers. Their terms and limits apply to that use, and you are responsible for following them.

5. Connected services

When you connect another service, such as Meta or GitHub, that service's own terms apply to it. HTO Labs uses only the access you grant, for what you ask it to do.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use HTO Labs to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights,
  • store or share content that is unlawful, harmful or abusive,
  • upload malware or attempt to disrupt or overload the service,
  • access accounts, workspaces or data you are not authorised to access, or test or bypass our security without our written permission, or
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer HTO Labs, except where the law allows it.

7. Fees

If your team uses a paid plan, the price and payment terms are those in your order or agreement with us.

8. Availability

We work to keep HTO Labs available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, particularly while features are in preview. We may pause the service for maintenance or to protect its security. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using HTO Labs and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk; where it is reasonable, we will warn you first. What happens to your data afterwards is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for HTO Labs in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or intent. If you use HTO Labs as a consumer, you keep the rights that consumer law gives you.

11. Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If you use HTO Labs for a company or other organisation, our Data Processing Agreement also applies to the personal data in its workspaces and forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell account holders about changes that matter before they take effect. If you keep using HTO Labs after that, the updated terms apply.

13. Law and disputes

Danish law governs these terms, and the courts of Denmark decide any dispute, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
