Cancel your plan, and refunds

You cancel any time, in a few clicks. Your plan runs until the end of the month or year you paid for, and then it stops.

Cancel

Open Settings › Plan and billing and press Cancel, or cancel in your Link account at link.com. Only an owner of the team can cancel. When the plan ends, your team becomes read-only for 3 months, as after a trial.

Refunds

Cancelling stops the next payments and gives no money back by itself. To ask for a refund, write to us, or ask Link through the link in your receipt. Link may refund a payment up to 60 days after it, and a refund includes the VAT you paid. The Refund Policy has the full rules.
