When a trial or plan ends

When a trial ends without a plan, or a plan ends after you cancel, your team becomes read-only for 3 months.

Read-only means you can open and export everything, and you cannot change it. We email the team’s owners when the team becomes read-only.

After 3 months

We email the owners 30, 7 and 1 days before we delete the team. Then we delete its workspaces, pages, messages and what it keeps in HTO Labs’ cloud. Files on your Mac or in your own Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox stay yours, untouched. Your account stays too.
