Present and download your work
A deck presents straight from HTO Labs. You can also download it to show anywhere or to keep editing in PowerPoint.
Present a deck
Open the deck and press Present. The slide fills the screen. Move the mouse to show a bar for moving between slides and seeing your notes.
With a second screen, press Slide window. The slides open in a window of their own for the big screen. Your own screen then shows the slide on screen, the next slide, your notes and the time. Either window moves the talk on.
Keys while you present
- Right arrow, Space or Enter goes on. Left arrow goes back.
- N shows your notes, the next slide and the time.
- G shows every slide, so you can jump to one.
- B makes the screen black. F turns full screen on and off.
- E stops and opens this slide for editing.
- ? lists every key. Esc ends the talk.
Download a deck
Press the download button beside Edit and pick one of two files:
- To present anywhere is one file that presents in any browser, with its photos and films.
- PowerPoint is a file you can edit. It also opens in Keynote and Google Slides.
Both downloads work in the Mac app.
Download a document as a PDF
Open the document and press Download PDF. Each page keeps its own size, and the text stays text you can search. On the web the button is Save as PDF. It opens your browser’s print window, where you choose Save as PDF.
Tip: a slide that holds too much shows a red dot in the slides list. HTO Labs asks before you present it.
