Private chats and What I know
HTO remembers your week across chats. When you start a new chat, it already knows what you asked and decided in your other chats.
What I know
After a chat answers, HTO writes a line or two about what you asked and decided. A new chat gets up to five of these lines, from chats of the last 7 days. Lines from the same page or Studio item come first.
Under the new chat’s first answer, a small button says What I know and how many things it knows from this week. Press it to see each thing and the chat it came from. Only you see this list.
Leave something out
Press the × beside a thing to leave it out of this chat. From your next message on, HTO stops using it in that chat. The arrow puts it back.
Make a chat private
The lock button in the message box makes a chat private. It then says Private. A private chat stays to itself:
- Its lines never go into another chat’s What I know.
- Other chats can neither list it nor read it.
- Nobody can copy it into a Workroom.
Once you send a message in a private chat, it stays private for good. The chat list shows a lock beside it.
Tip: HTO also treats a chat as private when you name it “private” or ask it to keep the chat private.
