Make a deck

A new deck starts from a short description. Your AI plans it with you first, so the slides follow an outline you agreed to.

Describe the deck

Press New, then Deck.

Studio asks What is the deck about? Write who it is for and what it should say, for example “A 10-minute talk for the board on Q3 sales”. Leave it empty for blank slides.

Pick the notes it uses.

The chat on the right finds notes in your Brain that fit the deck. Press Change to untick any you want left out.

Answer a few quick choices.

The chat may ask up to three questions, each with ready answers. Pick one for each, then press Make outline. Press Skip to go straight to the outline.

Check the outline

The outline shows each slide as a card with its title and points. Type in any card to change it. Press Add slide for one more, or the cross on a card to take it out. Press New outline to start the outline again.

When the outline is right, press Make slides. The chat writes every slide at once and shows how many are done. Each slide is laid out from the deck’s own blocks, so the deck keeps one look.

Change the slides

Press Edit to change the slides by hand. Type straight on a slide. The bar above it has Insert to add a block, such as a photo, a chart or a table. Drag a block by its grip to move it. Type “/” on an empty line to pick a block from a list.

Rewrite changes the words you chose in a few seconds. It can make them shorter, write them for an audience or translate them. Press Keep to use the new words, or Put back for the old ones. Press Done when you are finished. Studio saves every change as you go.

Tip: for bigger changes, ask the chat beside the deck, for example “Add a slide on our pricing after slide 3”.
