Receipts, invoices and your card

Link, a service from Stripe, sells our plans for us. Link charges your card, adds the right VAT, and emails a receipt after every payment.

Who charges you

Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company) is the merchant of record for HTO Labs’ paid plans. That means Link is the seller on your receipt and handles VAT and payment questions. We at HTO & Beyond make HTO Labs and answer everything about the app.

Find receipts and invoices

Every receipt arrives by email from Link. You also find all of them in HTO Labs: open Settings › Plan and billing and press Card and invoices. A Stripe page opens, where you see and download each invoice.

Change your card

On the same Stripe page, under Card and invoices, you add a new card or remove the old one. Your card details go to Stripe, and HTO Labs never sees them.
